*If possible, the villa may be available before 3:00 PM. We will contact you prior to your arrival to coordinate the time.
Final cleaning is included in the price for stays of 7 nights or more.
For stays of 4-6 nights, there is an additional final cleaning fee of €120.
Cleaning, along with a change of linens and towels, is included for stays of 10 nights or more.
Some villas accept small pets.
It is essential to request permission before booking and receive confirmation from Resort Villas AndalucÃa. If confirmed, there is an additional fee of €10 per night, and a pet addendum must be completed before arrival.
48 hours prior to arrival, a damage deposit of €500 must be paid via bank card. The payment link for this deposit will be included in your reservation confirmation and will be sent again one week before your arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded within 24-72 hours after your departure, once we have thoroughly inspected the villa and ensured that you have adhered to the rental agreement.
Please note that the villas are inspected before your check-in to ensure everything is in perfect working order. While we understand that accidents can happen, we kindly ask that you inform us immediately if any damage occurs during your stay. The cost of any damage will be assessed, and necessary deductions will be made from your deposit.
Most villas come equipped with a safe for each guest’s use. Neither the owner nor Resort Villas AndalucÃa is responsible for any lost or stolen items.
You will have access to WiFi as a courtesy from the villa owner—it is not part of the rental contract.
The villa owner has chosen a provider that offers the best possible internet access, but due to the rural location, the signal may be weak or occasionally interrupted. The quality of the signal cannot be grounds for complaints or compensation.
Due to the rural setting, there may be occasional power outages. A power outage can result in issues with hot water, air conditioning, or WiFi. In most cases, resetting the devices will resolve the problem. If this occurs, please contact Resort Villas AndalucÃa.
Power outages, water interruptions, visits from insects, or TV signal disruptions due to high winds cannot be grounds for complaints or compensation, given the semi-rural location. If you encounter any issues, please contact the Resort Villas AndalucÃa office; we will do our best to assist you.
Charging your electric car within the villa premises is strictly prohibited. There is a charging station at the Fairplay Hotel, available as long as you are enjoying a service from the hotel (golf, spa, restaurants, café).
Please inform the Resort Villas AndalucÃa office within your stay if any furniture or facility is damaged.
If you experience significant technical problems or device malfunctions, please contact the Resort Villas AndalucÃa office. We will reach out to the villa owner. We ask that you give the owner a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Compensation will only be considered if a solution is not found and if your enjoyment of the holiday has been significantly affected. Complaints must be presented during your stay; complaints received after check-out will not be considered.
The garden and pool require attention during your stay. We will do our best to respect your privacy, but we kindly ask you to allow access for the gardener. If entry into the house is necessary, we will attempt to contact you beforehand.
If the tenant decides to cancel their reservation before the arrival date and does not have a substitute who accepts the same terms, the following penalties will apply based on the cancellation notice period:
First payment non-refundable: The initial payment of 30% is non-refundable in all cases.
Cancellation between 15 and 29 days before arrival: If canceled between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
Cancellation between 1 and 14 days before arrival: If canceled between 1 and 15 days before the arrival date, 20% of the total payment will be refunded.
If the tenant terminates the stay early, no refund can be made.
Termination is only accepted in writing. We recommend a travel insurance to cover for your own peace of mind and security.
On behalf of the villa owner, Resort Villas AndalucÃa may terminate the contract if the tenants do not comply with house rules (e.g., noise disturbances, bringing pets without notifying, using the property with more people than indicated in the reservation, damaging the property or its inventory). In such cases, no compensation will be considered.
In the case of early departure or delayed arrival, no refunds will be provided.

The deposit will be refunded after an inspection by the Resort Villas AndalucÃa staff. You do not need to wait for inspection and approval before your departure.
Neither Resort Villas AndalucÃa nor the villa owner are responsible for any accidents that may occur during your stay. Please pay special attention to the risks associated with using the pool or upper terraces. Do not leave children unsupervised near the pool or on the rooftop. The golf course is situated within the complex, and golf balls may enter your garden. Please exercise caution while using the garden or public areas.
