BENALUP RESORT RULES

The Villas belong to a community of property owners. To ensure a pleasant and respectful stay for everyone, please keep the following rules in mind:

Respect for Neighbors:

• Avoid loud noises, especially after midnight, when absolute silence must be maintained in outdoor areas.
• Refrain from playing loud music on the terrace or outside the villa.

Parking:

• In the "El Paraíso" development, parking is only allowed in the villa driveways or designated parking areas.
• Parking is not allowed on grass paths or on public roads within the complex.
• Caravans, mobile homes, and boats cannot be parked in the resort.

Traffic Rules:

• The roads within the complex are private. The maximum speed limit is 20 km/h.

Common Areas:

• Do not use green areas for picnicking.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied to access the communal garden.
• Walking on the golf course is prohibited (only possible with a green fee).

Pets:

• Always keep dogs on a leash in common areas.

Dress Code:

• It is forbidden to go out naked, even in your villa’s garden.

Clothing and Towels:

• Use the clothesline provided in the villa. Avoid hanging clothes or towels visibly on terraces or balconies.
