Villa Malva is a luxurious 5-bedroom villa for 10 people located next to the golf course. The entrance floor offers an octagonal living room with a high wooden ceiling, dining room and open, fully equipped kitchen.

There are 3 bedrooms on the entrance floor. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, television, fitted wardrobes, electric blinds and access to the terrace/pool area. The first has a king bed, with a bathtub and a shower. The second has a twin bed and a bathtub. The third has a queen bed and a shower.

In the basement, there is a spacious second living room with plenty of natural light, equipped with a sofa and access to the 2 additional bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement have two single beds and a small bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower in each. They are more basic than the 3 bedrooms on the main floor and do not have direct natural light.

Air conditioning and WIFI throughout the Villa. WIFI connection is not guaranteed in the basement.

*Please note that although a jacuzzi appears in the bathroom photos, it is not in use. We do not advertise that the property has a jacuzzi. The ice and water maker in the refrigerator is out of order.*

The large garden offers a private pool, outdoor dining table with shade on the large terrace, sun loungers and lawn. Parking next to the Villa, in the Urbanization.
