SERVICES AND AMENITIES
- Is the final cleaning included?
It is included for stays longer than 7 nights. For stays shorter than 7 nights, an additional fee is applied, as indicated on the booking page.
- What is included in the accommodation price?
Includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, and a fully equipped kitchen.
- Is there a washing machine and dishwasher?
Yes, our villas have both.
- Are pets allowed?
Some properties accept pets upon prior request. There is an additional charge of €10/night.
- Are personal care items (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper) provided?
We include a welcome kit with basic toiletries (One dispenser of shower gel and shampoo, as well as one roll of toilet paper, are included in each bathroom.
If you need more, you will have to purchase it yourself).
- Is a barbecue available?
Yes, the villas have a barbecue. Please ask which type of fuel is needed. Guests are responsible for cleaning it after use (fuel is not included).
- What type of coffee maker is available in the villa?
All our villas have a capsule coffee machine (please ask for the type).
CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT, AND BOOKINGS
- What time is check-in?
Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM. We can be flexible depending on availability.
- What time is check-out? Is late check-out possible?
Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
- Is there a reception or staff on-site?
Our office is located near the villas, open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (or until 5:00 p.m. in high season), but our team is available by phone or WhatsApp throughout your stay.
- How are keys handed over?
Our team will welcome you personally or will explain how to access the villa using a key box if you arrive after 2:00 p.m. (or 5:00 p.m. in high season).
- Do you offer discounts for long stays?

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS
- What payment methods are accepted?
Credit card, bank transfer.
- Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a deposit of €500 or €1,000 (depending on the villa, at least 48 hours before your arrival) is required. It is refundable and returned after checking the good condition of the accommodation.
- When is the deposit refunded?
The inspection will be carried out within 48–72 hours after check-out. If any damage is detected, we will contact you and the corresponding amount will be withheld according to the damage caused.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
- Are bed linens and towels changed during the stay?
For stays of 14 nights or more, we offer linen and towel changes included in the price.
- Are additional services offered?
Yes, upon request we can arrange extra cleaning, a baby crib, or a high chair.
- Who can I contact if I have a problem?
We provide an assistance number available throughout your stay. It will be given to you before arrival.
- What should I do if something breaks or doesn’t work?
Contact our team immediately; we will send maintenance as soon as possible.
LOCATION AND TRANSPORT
- Is there public transportation?
The town of Benalup does not have adequate public transportation. There is a taxi service available, with vehicles of up to 8 seats. Please ask us for the rates.
- Is parking available?
All our villas have free parking on or near the property.
- Where is the villa located?
The exact address is provided after confirming the reservation, usually one week before arrival.
- Do I need a car to get around?
We recommend having a car for greater convenience.
- How far are the nearest airports?
Jerez: 65 km
Gibraltar: 62 km
Seville: 151 km
Málaga: 170 km
- Where is the electric vehicle charging area?
At the moment, the town does not have any electric charging stations.

Each property has a maximum occupancy limit indicated in the description.
- Are children allowed?
Yes, all our villas are family-friendly.
- Are pets allowed?
Some properties accept pets upon prior consultation.
- Is smoking allowed in the villa?
Smoking is not allowed indoors, only in outdoor areas.
- Can parties or events be held?
Events or parties are not allowed without prior authorization.
