SERVICES AND AMENITIES

  • What is included in the accommodation price?
    Includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, air conditioning/heating, and a fully equipped kitchen.
  • Is there a washing machine and dishwasher?
    Yes, our villas have both.
  • Are pets allowed?
    Some properties accept pets upon prior request. There is an additional charge of €10/night.
  • Are personal care items (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper) provided?
    We include a welcome kit with basic toiletries.
  • Is a barbecue available?
    Yes, the villas have a barbecue. Please ask which type of fuel is needed. Guests are responsible for cleaning it after use.

CHECK-IN, CHECK-OUT, AND BOOKINGS

  • What time is check-in?
    Check-in is usually from 3:00 PM. We can be flexible depending on availability.
  • What time is check-out? Is late check-out possible?
    Check-out is until 11:00 AM. Late check-out is possible subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
  • Is there a reception or staff on-site?
    There is no physical reception after 2:00 PM, but our team is available by phone or WhatsApp throughout your stay.
  • How are keys handed over?
    Our team will personally welcome you or provide instructions for accessing a key box if your arrival is after 2:00 PM.
  • Do you offer discounts for long stays?
    Yes, please contact us for special long-stay offers.

PAYMENTS AND DEPOSITS

  • What payment methods are accepted?
    Credit card, bank transfer.
  • Is a security deposit required?
    Yes, a refundable deposit is requested and returned after checking the condition of the accommodation.
  • When is the deposit refunded?
    Generally within 2–3 days after check-out, provided the villa is in the same condition as at check-in.

    CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

    • Are bed linens and towels changed during the stay?
      For stays of 14 nights or more, we offer linen and towel changes included in the price.
    • Are additional services offered?
      Yes, upon request we can arrange extra cleaning, a baby crib, or a high chair.
    • Who can I contact if I have a problem?
      We provide an assistance number available throughout your stay. It will be given to you before arrival.
    • What should I do if something breaks or doesn’t work?
      Contact our team immediately; we will send maintenance as soon as possible.

    LOCATION AND TRANSPORT

    • Is parking available?
      All our villas have free parking on or near the property.
    • Where is the villa located?
      The exact address is provided after confirming the reservation, usually one week before arrival.
    • Do I need a car to get around?
      We recommend having a car for greater convenience.
