Villa Rosa is a charming and well-maintained 3-bedroom villa for up to 7 people.

On the ground floor, you'll find an entrance hall and a charming Andalusian patio in the center of the villa, furnished with a coffee table and chairs. A fully equipped open-plan kitchen/dining area leads to the living room, which features large glass doors providing access to the garden and swimming pool.

The villa has air conditioning throughout and all rooms offer fitted wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms with separate bathtubs and showers, double beds, mosquito nets, blackout curtains and satellite TV. The master bedroom on the entrance level features a walk-in closet and access to the pool through an arched glass door. The second bedroom is on the first floor with a balcony. The third bedroom, with an extra single bed, is in the basement with access to a patio. The laundry room is also located on this level.

The beautiful garden offers a private pool, palm trees, sun loungers, a shaded terrace with an outdoor dining area and barbecue, and is fully fenced, making it safe for pets.
