Villa Petunia is a stunning and well-distributed 4-bedroom villa for up to 8 people, offering wonderful views of the Los Alcornocales Natural Park.
Spread over two floors: The entrance level offers a foyer, a bright living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, and one bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The large balcony, accessible from the living room, features a barbecue area, outdoor kitchen, dining table and chairs, and a sofa and coffee table overlooking the pool and valley.
The ground floor offers 3 additional bedrooms, 2 of which have access to the impressive pool and garden. One bedroom offers twin beds and an en-suite bathroom with a sink and shower. Another bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a shower and double sinks. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, double sinks, and a separate shower. There is also a laundry room on this level with a washer and dryer. All bedrooms offer air conditioning, mosquito nets on the bedroom doors/windows, and built-in wardrobes.
The inviting private garden offers a shaded chill-out area, private pool, sun loungers and a shaded bar with a refrigerator.

Barbecue: charcoal only (fuel not included).

The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 29 days before arrival or earlier.
20% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 14 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €500 is due.

Villa Petunia
Svært pen villa med fantastisk utsikt over la Janda-sletten i fredelige Benalup. Villaen er stor og innholdsrik, med funksjonell arkitektur og med smakfull og velholdt møblering. Gode uteplasser. Romslige soverom, alle med store bad. Ligger i et pent beplantet og velholdt område av tilsvarende hus med felles driftstjenester inntil et hotell med en vakker golfbane og et vakkert mindre skogsområde. Gangavstand til Benalup sentrum som har etpar gode restauranter og et mellomstort supermarked, men ellers et sted hvor det skjer lite. Benalup ligger god til for utflukter til interessante steder i Cadiz-provinsen. Korteste avstand til strand ca 30min i bil. Sjarmerende Vejer og Medina Sidonia ca 20 min. Vi gir ikke 5 av 5 stjerner på alt da det ikke er fullt privatliv, med også naboer relativt tett på skjermet av busker. Plassen rundt bassenget er moderat. Noe utstyr bærer preg av at huset ikke er nytt. Litt fukt i noen bad. Alt i alt en super opplevelse og takk til alltid hjelpsomme Marta!
