Villa Birdie is a spacious and bright 5-bedroom villa accommodating up to 10 guests, making it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends seeking peace, privacy, and comfort in an exceptional setting.
The villa has been thoughtfully designed to provide plenty of space and comfort for all guests. On the main floor, you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the garden. The upper floor features the impressive master bedroom, also with a private en-suite bathroom and a spectacular terrace offering stunning views of the swimming pool and golf course.
The living area includes a cozy separate lounge with a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and a TV, making it the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or on the golf course. Adjacent to the lounge is a spacious dining room with a table seating up to 10 guests, ideal for enjoying meals together.
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a large American-style double-door refrigerator. There is also a practical utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
On the lower ground floor, there are two additional bedrooms with independent access to the outside, offering extra privacy for guests.
All bedrooms feature private en-suite bathrooms, twin beds, air conditioning, and plenty of natural light.
Outside, Villa Birdie boasts a beautiful private garden with lawns, fruit trees, and grapefruit trees, a large private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, a covered terrace with an outdoor dining area, and a barbecue, allowing guests to make the most of the wonderful Andalusian climate.
A perfect villa for an unforgettable holiday on the Costa de la Luz, next to the golf course and just a short drive from some of Cádiz’s most beautiful beaches.

A refundable security deposit of €500 is due.
